| Fill-in your purchase information, including purchase quantity and shipping information. | |
| Step 2. | E-mail your purchase order |
| E-mail the purchase order to: e-biz@pacidal.com | |
| Step 3. | Order confirmation & sign |
We will send an update of shipping fees to you after receiveing your order. Review the details and sign back the order for confirmation. |

| Step 4. | Pay from the link in the invoice e-mail |
| You’ll receive an invoice e-mail with a payment link. | |
Open the URL in the invoice e-mail. Click on Pay Invoice button. Review invoice details, select a payment method (PayPal or credit cards), and approve the payment. |

| Step 5. | Handling time |
Once the payment status is shown as cleared on Paypal, we’ll start to prepare goods for shipping. Usually the handling time is within a business day after clear payment (weekends and holidays are excluded). |

| Step 6. | Shipping |
The estimated delivery time depends on the recipient’s location. After shipping, a tracking number will be provided for delivery status check. |
